Description

Die Bauherrenkooperation „Haus des Sports“ beabsichtigt einen Neubau (zwei übereinandergestapelte Sporthallen mit Verwaltungsflächen) für die Vereine TCH Lübeck, TSB Lübeck und den LJC Lübeck an dem Standort Falkenstraße 42, Lübeck zu errichten. Zur Baufeldfreimachung für den Neubau ist der Abriss der bestehenden Tennisplätze geplant. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um einen nicht unterkellerten dreigeschossigen Baukörper mit zwei übereinanderliegenden Sporthallen in Skelettbauweise. Die Grundfläche des Gebäudes ist nahezu quadratisch und beträgt ca. 1.500 m² und die Dachform wird als „gefaltete“ Giebeldachform ausgebildet. Die Gebäudehöhe beträgt 13,50 m. Frist zum Einreichen von Bieterfragen: 28.04.2026 - Herstellung Holz-Türelemente, mit Stahlzargen, HPL-/Stahlblech-Beschichtung, 1-flg., 60 Stk., inkl. Schall-/Brandschutzanforderungen - Herstellung Holz-Türelemente, mit Stahlzargen, HPL-/Stahlblech-Beschichtung, 2-flg., 4 Stk., inkl. Schall-/Brandschutzanforderungen - Herstellung Holz-Türelemente als Doppeltüranlage, 3 Stk. - Herstellung Holz-Türelemente als Raumspartür, 6 Stk. - Herstellung Holz-Fensterbänke, ca. 45 lfdm, verschiedene Ausladungen
