Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die bauliche Erweiterung der Schule Hochfeld am Standort Aalborgstraße 78-84 in 24768 Rendsburg. Der Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde beabsichtigt als Eigentümer der Liegenschaft, die bestehende Schule weiterzuentwickeln und auszubauen. Hierzu ist die Errichtung eines zweigeschossigen Erweiterungsbaus im südlichen Bereich des Grundstücks vorgesehen, der unmittelbar an das bestehende Schulgebäude aus den 1980er Jahren angebunden wird. Das Gebäude wird teilunterkellert. Der neue Baukörper ist bis zu 57 Meter lang und 36 Meter tief. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beinhalten die Stellung des Dachstuhls, die Erstellung und Montage der Holzständerbauwände sowohl als Innen- wie auch Außenwände, Pfostenriegelfassade aus Holz, sowie Fenster, inkl. Sonnenschutz.
