Description

Der Auftragsgegenstand umfasst zwei Hochleistungsrechnersysteme und zugehörige Netzwerk- und Speicherinfrastruktur nebst Serviceleistungen, Produktserver (optional), Wartung, Softwareausstattung, Infrastruktur und externer Rechenzentrumsfläche (Serverhousing/Co-Location). Die Systeme verteilen sich auf die folgenden Standorte: ▪ DMRZ Offenbach am Main (DMRZ-OF) ▪ Externer Co-Location Standort (DMRZ-EX) ▪ DMRZ Potsdam (DMRZ-PD, optional) ▪ DMRZ Euskirchen (DMRZ-EU, optional) Die Verfügbarkeit der Systeme an den einzelnen Standorten muss jeweils mindestens 95%, die der Produktion an den Standorten DMRZ-OF und DMRZ-EX kombiniert 99,9 % betragen. Die Bereitstellung des externen Housings (Co-Location) dient der Aufnahme des zweiten, unabhängigen HPC-Systems für Forschung und Klimarechnungen, ggfs. KI-Trainingscluster, eines Datenmanagementsystems sowie weiterer Systeme des Deutschen Wetterdienstes (DWD, Auftraggeber). Die Erstellung des Gesamtsystems ist in folgende Phasen unterteilt: ▪ Phase 0: Migrationsphase, Abnahme, Systemservice ▪ Phase 1: Systemservice, Leistungserhöhung und Abnahme ▪ Phase 2: Systemservice, optionale Leistungserhöhung und Abnahme ▪ Phase 3 (optional): Weiterbetrieb, ggfs. Leistungserhöhung und Abnahme ▪ Nach Vertragsende (optional): Abbau, Entsorgung und Rückbau der Systeme Die Entscheidung, ob die Option DMRZ-Euskirchen vom Deutschen Wetterdienst gezogen wird, erfolgt spätestens bis zum Zuschlag. Die detaillierte Beschreibung sowie alle Anforderungen sind den Anlagen „Leistungsbeschreibung“ und „Leistungsmatrix“ zu entnehmen und werden dem Interessenten nach Einreichung der Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung zur Verfügung gestellt.
