Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von Softwarelizenzen des Herstellers Adobe Inc. Es werden die folgenden Lizenzen neu beschafft: - Acrobat Pro DC - Acrobat Standard DC - All Apps - Edition 4 - Single App - Edition 4 - Photoshop Elements - Acrobat Sign Die Lizenzen sollen für eine Dauer von drei Jahren, beginnend ab dem 30. August 2026 erworben werden. Vom Auftragnehmer wird über die Bereitstellung der Lizenzen hinaus, auch die gelegentliche Beratung des Auftraggebers bei Fragen zum optimalen Einsatz der Lizenzen erwartet. Der Kommunale Betrieb für Informationstechnik "KommunalBIT" AöR mit Sitz in Fürth ist der zentrale Dienstleister für IT und Telekommunikation für die Städte Erlangen, Fürth, Schwabach und die Mitglieder des Zweckverbands Informationstechnik Franken (ZV IT Franken). Die KommunalBIT stellt für etwa 6.200 Anwenderinnen und Anwender in den Verwaltungen sowie für 48 Schulen ein qualitativ hochwertiges und bedarfsgerechtes Angebot an Hardware, Software und IT-Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung. Die KommunalBIT setzt in Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich Software des Herstellers Adobe Inc. ein. Hierfür hat die KommunalBIT ein Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) geschlossen. Die Softwarelizenzen laufen zum 30.08.2023 aus und werden nun neu beschafft.
