Malerarbeiten für den Neubau der Förderschule der Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld Die Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld ist eine staatlich anerkannte Ersatzschule im Förderschwerpunkt Geistige Entwicklung. Sie bietet Bildung und Unterstützung für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit diesem Förderschwerpunkt. Der Auftraggeber plant den Neubau einer Schule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt geistige Entwicklung für 40 Schülerinnen und Schüler im Alter von 16 bis 18 Jahren inklusive Flächen für Wohntrainingsgruppen. Es soll ein viergeschossiges Gebäude mit Teilunterkellerung und 3.021 m² BGF sowie 10.535 m³ BRI errichtet werden.
