ein Energieliefer-Contracting (Wärmeliefer- und Dienstleistungsvertrag für die Gemeindehalle und das Freibad im Verbund sowie die Umsetzung von einzelne der Wärmelieferung dienende Effizienzmaßnahmen in der Gemeinde Oppenweiler im Rems-Murr-Kreis in Deutschland, Baden-Württemberg Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Liefer-, Dienst- und Bauleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Wärmelieferung für die Gemeindehalle und das Freibad im Verbund sowie die Umsetzung von einzelnen der Wärmelieferung dienenden Effizienzmaßnahmen. Die zukünftige Wärmeerzeugung hat durch nicht fossile Energieträger wie z.B. Biomas-se (Hackschnitzel, Pellet), Umgebungs- bzw. Abfallwärme, sowie unter Ausnutzung solarer Strahlungsenergie zu erfolgen. Lediglich zu absoluten Spitzenlastzeiten und für Redundanzzwecke dürfen fossile Energieträger zum Einsatz kommen. Die Ziele der im Klimaschutzgesetz des Landes Baden-Württemberg geplanten Netto-Treibhausgasneutralität bis zum Jahr 2040 sind zu erfüllen. Die Einwerbung von För-dermitteln und deren Beantragung obliegt dem obsiegenden Bieter. Integrierter Bestandteil der Wärmelieferung ist die Umsetzung energetischer Effizienz-maßnahmen. Ziel ist die dauerhafte Senkung des Energieverbrauchs und die Steigerung der Energieeffizienz der beiden Liegenschaften. Im Weiteren wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
