Description

Bauleistungs- und Montageversicherung für den Wupperverband Anzubieten ist eine Bauleistungs- und Montageversicherung sowie Betriebsunterbrechungsversicherung. Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.07.2026. Die Bauleistungs- und Montageversicherung soll im Indikationsangebot mit folgenden Selbstbehalten angeboten werden: A: EUR 5.000,00 pro Schaden B: EUR 10.000,00 pro Schaden C: EUR 25.000,00 pro Schaden Nach Auswertung der Indikationsangebote ist es seitens des Auftraggebers beabsichtigt, eine Verhandlungsrunde mit den Bietern durchzuführen. Für das letztverbindliche Angebot ist es dann vorgesehen, nur noch für einen Selbstbehalt anbieten zu lassen. Eine Bezuschlagung des Indikationsangebotes ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Versicherungssumme für die Betriebsunterbrechungsversicherung errechnet sich wie folgt: - Monatliche zusätzliche Personalkosten: EUR 80.000,00 - Zahlungen an Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG EUR 1.050.000,00 pro Monat - Vertraglich vereinbarte Zusatzzahlungen bei Verspätung an Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG EUR 500.000,00 Daraus errechnet sich eine monatliche zusätzliche Belastung von EUR 1,6 Mio. Die Jahres-versicherungssumme bei einer Haftzeit von zwölf Monaten beträgt mithin EUR 19,2 Mio. Die Haftzeit soll 12 Monate betragen. Es werden Angebote mit einem zeitlichen Selbstbehalt von 30 Tagen / alternativ 45 Tagen erwartet. Auch hier erfolgt für das letztverbindliche Angebot eine verbindliche Festlegung. Es kann eine Höchstentschädigung pro Schaden in Höhe von EUR 60 Mio. vereinbart werden.
