Das Jobcenter Lippe ist für die ausgeschriebene Leistung sowohl ausschreibende Stelle als auch Auftraggeber. Vorrangiges Ziel ist es, erwerbsfähige Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit erhöhtem Förder- und Beratungsbedarf durch unterschiedliche, niedrigschwellige Betreuungs- und Aktivierungsansätze in ihrer beruflichen Eingliederung zu unterstützen, berufliche Perspektiven zu entwickeln und somit an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt heranzuführen.
