Description
Zur Zielgruppe gehören ELB, die aufgrund diverser Problemlagen Schwierigkeiten haben, eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen und zum Aufbau und zur Entwicklung ihrer Beschäftigungsfähigkeit eine ganzheitliche Betreuung benötigen. Das Ziel der Maßnahme ist, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit für ELB zu entwickeln. Hierbei sollen alltägliche und berufliche Handlungskompetenzen identifiziert, stabilisiert und ausgebaut werden. Die Maßnahme wird kreisweit für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten ausgeschrieben. Eine Aufteilung in Lose erfolgt nicht. Es sind zwei Optionszeitraume mit jeweils 12 Monaten vorgesehen. Eine gültige Trägerzertifizierung gem. § 178 SGB III muss vorliegen. Die Betreuung im Kreisgebiet soll flächendeckend sichergestellt werden. Die Betreuung erfolgt aufsuchend.
