Die AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse schreibt eine Rahmenvereinbarung "Sitzmöbel" mit insgesamt 4 Losen aus. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf, die Anlieferung frei Verwendungsstelle, die Montage/Aufstellung von Loungemöbel und Reinigung (Los 4) Bei dieser Ausschreibung handelt es sich um eine Projektausschreibung. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt langfristig eine einheitliche Ausstattung aller Standorte. Die Mengenangabe der Loungemöbel im Einzelpreisreisblatt (Anlage 4 der Vergabeunterlagen) beruht auf einer Schätzung für die nächsten 4 Jahre (Positionen 3.1 bis 3.10 der Leistungsbeschreibung, Anlage 2 der Vergabeunterlagen) Wir weisen daraufhin, dass der Auftragnehmer keinen Anspruch auf die Beauftragung im vorgenannten Umfang hat, da die tatsächliche Menge / Stückzahl im Vorfeld nicht exakt festgestellt werden kann. Die fiktive, geschätzte Anzahl im Einzelpreisblatt ist eine Kalkulationsgrundlage und stellt keine Mindestabnahmemenge dar. Der Höchstwert ist auf 1.596.000 Euro festgelegt.
