Description

Lieferung der Mittagsverpflegung für vier Grundschulen. Die Grundschulen sind jährlich für ca. 185 Verpflegungstage mit Mittagsverpflegung in Form von TK-Komponenten (Cook & Freeze) zu beliefern. Die Lieferung der Waren erfolgt mindestens einmal wöchentlich (Montag bis Freitag) in den Grundschulen zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr. Die zur Lagerung und Aufbereitung notwendigen Geräte (TK-Schränke, Konvektomaten, sowie bei vorhandenen baulichen Voraussetzungen Kombidämpfer), werden dem Auftraggeber vom Auftragnehmer leihweise oder gegen Miete zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, gemäß dem Anforderungskatalog der Leistungsbeschreibung und den darin genannten DGE-Qualitätsstandards für die Verpflegung in Grundschulen eine hochwertige, ausgewogene und vollwertige Mittagsverpflegung zu liefern.
