Description

Dem LZN obliegt die Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die unmittelbare niedersächsische Landesverwaltung (vgl. § 2 der Betriebsanweisung des LZN). Mit Zustimmung seiner Aufsichtsbehörde kann das LZN weitere Aufgaben für öffentlich-rechtliche Bedarfsträger innerhalb und außerhalb der niedersächsischen Landesverwaltung sowie für privatrechtliche Gesellschaften in vollständiger Eigentümerschaft der öffentlichen Hand übernehmen (vgl. § 3 Betriebsanweisung). In dieser Zuständigkeit umfasst der Auftrag den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen (§ 21 VgV) über die Lieferung von Totalstationen. Abrufberechtigt sind die Dienststellen der landesweiten Vermessungs- und Katasterverwaltung (VKV) in Niedersachsen.
