Stadtweites Messnetz zur Verkehrsdatenerhebung Die Stadt Mannheim partizipiert mit dem Vorhaben "sMArt roots" am bundesweiten Modellprojekt "Smart Cities" des Bundesministeriums für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen (BMWSB). Ziel des Förderprogrammes ist es, sektorenübergreifende digitale Strategien für das Stadtleben der Zukunft zu entwickeln und zu erproben. Mit dem Projekt "sMArt roots" soll eine agile Entwicklung der Smart City Strategie Mannheims sichergestellt werden. Dabei sollen vor allem die zukunftsrelevanten Bereiche Klimaresilienz, Mobilitätstransparenz und Ressourceneffizienz betrachtet werden. Im Rahmen des sMArt roots Teilprojekts Mobilität sollen stadtweit Verkehrsdaten erhoben werden. Dazu zählen zum einen die Zählung und Klassifizierung von Verkehr an Knotenpunkten, sowie punktuell das Erkennen von Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeiten. Zum anderen das Auslesen von Wiedererkennungsmerkmalen von Fahrzeugen durch Bluetooth-Sensorik, um Reisezeiten und Routenführungen zu ermitteln. Die Vergabe erfolgt in insgesamt zwei Losen: - Los 1 umfasst die Planung, die Installation und den Betrieb sowie die Wartung thermischer Kameras zum Zählen und Klassifizieren sowie teilweise ermitteln der Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeiten. - Los 2 umfasst die Planung, die Installation und den Betrieb sowie die Wartung von Bluetooth-Classic-Sensoren zur Ermittlung von Wiedererkennungsmerkmalen. Mit dem hiesigen Vergabeverfahren soll pro Los jeweils ein Generalunternehmer beauftragt werden, der das Messnetz plant, installiert, betreibt und wartet.
