Die ausgeschriebenen Verglasungsarbeiten beinhalten - Alu-Glas-Türelemente außen, 2 Stck. - Alu-Glas-Fassadenelemente ca. 1,75 x 11,20 m, 2 Stck. - Alu-Glas-Brandschutzelement T-30-2-RS, 1 Stck. - Alu-Glas-Brandschutzelemente T-30-1-RS, 2 Stck. - Alu-Glas-Brandschutzelement T-30-2-RS FSA, 1 Stck. - Alu-Glas-Brandschutzverglasung F-60 1,75 m x 2,84 m, 4 Stck. Ausführungstermine: Fenster-, Türelemente außen 14.12.2026 - 22.01.2027 Türelemente innen 11.01.2027 - 22.01.2027 Projekt: Erweiterungsneubau der Zeppelin- Realschule Singen gegenüber dem bestehenden Schulgebäude. Die Maßnahme wird gefördert aus dem "Kommunalen Sanierungsfond für die Sanierung von Schulgebäude" und aus dem "Startchancenprogramm" des Landes. Erweiterungsbau: dreigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Holzbaugebäude mit Massivkern. Umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungsbalkone aus Gitterrosten mit vorgehängten Netzgeweben, die partiell begünt werden. In dem Erweiterungsgebäude untergebracht werden - Mensa (Speisesaal, Ausgabe- und Spülküche) - Unterrichtsräume Technik mit dazugehörendem Maschinenraum - MINT-Räume (Biologie, Chemie und Physik) - 4 Klassenräume - Flure und erforderliche Neben- und Technikräume - Lüftungsanlage Flachdach als sogenanntes Retentionsdach und aufgeständerten PV-Anlage, Medienerschließung über das bestehende Schulgebäude.
