Description

Die Handwerkskammer Dortmund beabsichtigt an ihrem Standort Barbarastraße 7 in Dortmund einen freistehenden Neubau zu errichten. Die erdgeschossige, als Massivbau in Stahlbeton, bauseits, errichtete Halle dient dem Schulungsbetrieb für die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffbauteilen. Der Neubau erhält eine vorgehängte Fassade aus Verblendmauerwerk. Diese Leistungsbeschreibung erfasst die notwendigen Arbeiten für die Verblendarbeiten. ca. 725 m2 Verblendmauerwerk mit Kerndämmung aus Steinwolle ca. 115 m2 Polystyrol Hartschaumdämmung am Fußpunkt ca. 125 m Schaumglasdämmsteine ca. 60 m Fertigteilstürze aus VerblendMW einschließlich Edelstahlabfangungen, einschließlich statischer Berechnung ca. 190 m2 Butylfolie ca. 45 m Betonfertigteil-Fensterbänke ca. 130 m2 Verblendmauerwerk ohne Dämmung
