Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Vereinbarungen zur Lieferung und Abrechnung von Verbandmitteln nach § 31 Abs. 1a SGB V mit jederzeitiger Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen sog. "Open-House-Verträge" Gegenstand des Open-House-Vertrages ist die qualitätsgesicherte, bedarfsgerechte und wirtschaftliche Versorgung von Versicherten der AOK Rheinland/Hamburg mit Verbandmitteln einschließlich PEG-Verbandsets nach § 31 Abs. 1a SGB V in Verbindung mit Anlage Va der Arzneimittel-Richtlinie (Verbandmittel und sonstige Produkte zur Wundbehandlung) soweit die vorgenannten Leistungen nicht durch die Arzneimittel-Richtlinie oder andere gesetzliche oder vertragliche Vorgaben ausgeschlossen sind. Verbandmittel sind keine Arzneimittel im Sinne des § 2 Abs. 1 und 2 Arzneimittelgesetzes (AMG) oder Hilfsmittel nach § 33 SGB V. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten Unternehmen der Abschluss bzw. Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Vertrag angeboten. Interessierte Unternehmen können dazu die Teilnahmeunterlagen im Projektraum des Vergabeportals DTVP herunterladen. Voraussetzung für den Abschluss eines Open-House-Vertrages ist, dass das interessierte Unternehmen die angeforderten Teilnahmeunterlagen vollständig ausgefüllt und unterzeichnet vorlegt. Mit jedem Unternehmen, das die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllt, wird ein Vertrag abgeschlossen. Eine Exklusivität ist nicht gegeben. Der Beitritt bzw. der Vertragsabschluss kann jederzeit und zu den gleichen Bedingungen erfolgen. Individuelle Vertragsverhandlungen werden nicht durchgeführt. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.08.2026. Sollte die AOK Rheinland/Hamburg während der Vertragslaufzeit eine Ausschreibung von Exklusivverträgen im Form eines offenen Vergabeverfahrens durchführen, werden die im Rahmen dieser Veröffentlichung geschlossenen Verträge entsprechend den vertraglichen Regelungen beendet.
