Beschaffung einer cloudbasierten Fuhrparkmanagementsoftware (SaaS) für die Thüga-Gruppe zur zentralen Verwaltung von bis zu 9.000 Fahrzeugen, einschließlich Vertrags-, Termin-, Schadens- und Kostenmanagement, Tankkarten-/Lademanagement, Fahrzeugdisposition, Systemschnittstellen sowie mobiler App-Nutzung. Die Beschaffung erfolgt durch die Thüga AG als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle gemäß § 4a SektVO für rund 100 Beteiligungsunternehmen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer cloudbasierten Fuhrparkmanagementsoftware (SaaS) zur zentralen Verwaltung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Fuhrparks der Thüga-Gruppe für bis zu 9.000 Fahrzeuge. Die Software soll folgende Kernfunktionen / Module abdecken: 1. Fahrzeugmanagement 2. Wartungs- & Servicemanagement 3. Fahrer- & Führerscheinmanagement 4. Poolfahrzeugverwaltung 5. Tank- & Energiekostenmanagement 6. GPS-Ortung & Telematik (optional/abschaltbar) 7. Kosten- & Vertragsmanagement 8. Reporting & Analyse 9. Schaden- & Unfallmanagement 10. Werkstatt- & Lagerintegration (interne Werkstattplanung) 11. Digitales Fahrtenbuch 12. Schnittstellen & Integration 13. App Neben der Software umfasst der Leistungsumfang die Einführung und Migration bestehender Daten, die Schulung der Anwender:innen sowie laufenden Support und Wartung über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit. Die Thüga Aktiengesellschaft beschafft als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle gemäß § 4a SektVO im Namen und für Rechnung der teilnehmenden Beteiligungsunternehmen (derzeit rund 100 Unternehmen der Thüga-Gruppe). Auf Basis der im Verfahren verhandelten Vertragsbedingungen schließen die einzelnen Beteiligungsunternehmen individuelle Rahmenverträge auf Grundlage der EVB-IT Cloud-Verträge ab.
