Description

Die Geothermie Gräfelfing GmbH & Co. KG (GGK) plant die Errichtung einer Tiefengeothermieanlage zur kommunalen Wärmeversorgung. Es soll das Malm-Reservoir zur Wärmeversorgung erschlossen werden. Als Teil dieses Planes soll eine Tiefengeothermieanlage sowie ein dazugehöriges Fernwärmenetz mit Redundanz- und Spitzenheizwerk geplant, errichtet und betrieben werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist die Niederbringung von vier geothermischen Tiefbohrungen (zwei Dubletten mit jeweils einer Förderbohrung und einer Injektionsbohrung) von einem Sammelbohrplatz und die Errichtung eines Technikgebäudes geplant. Eine der beiden Dubletten soll als unabhängige Redundanz- und Spitzenlastversorgung dienen, um eine 100 %ig CO2-freie Wärmeversorgung gewährleisten zu können. Das vorgesehene Grundstück liegt am "Neurieder Weg 1", Gemarkung: 8673 Gräfelfing, Flurstück: 180/0. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Dienstleistungen im Bereich Mud Logging.
