Description

Öffentlicher Dienstleistungsauftrag im Schienenpersonennahverkehr im Sinne des Art. 5 Abs. 1 der VO (EG) Nr. 1370/2007. Im Rahmen des hiesigen Verfahrens sollen die Leistungen auf der Strecke München Hbf - Landshut Hbf - Regensburg Hbf - Schwandorf - Cham - Furth im Wald - Staatsgrenze D/CZ - Plzen- Praha (=Gesamtnetz) beauftragt werden. Gegenstand der vertraglichen Leistungspflichten des beauftragten Unternehmens wird u.a. auch die Beschaffung von Neufahrzeugen zur Erbringung der o.g. SPNV-Leistungen sein. Die Verkehrsleistungen sind ab dem 14.12.2031, dem ersten Betriebstag nach dem großen Fahrplanwechsel im Jahr 2031, nach der Nachtpause bis zum Ablauf des 08.12.2046, dem letzten Betriebstag vor dem großen Fahrplanwechsel im Jahr 2046, vor der Nachtpause zu erbringen. Die Leistungszeit beträgt demnach 15 Jahre. Die Verkehrsleistungen werden im Rahmen eines wettbewerblichen Vergabeverfahrens nach den Bestimmungen des 4. Teils des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB) sowie der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV) vergeben. siehe Ziffer 2.1
