Vergabe eines Auftrags zur Errichtung und zum Betrieb eines Fahrradverleihsystems im Landkreis Sankt Wendel Im Rahmen des Smart City Projekts des Landkreises Sankt Wendel soll ein stationsbasiertes Bike-Sharing-System eingerichtet werden. Ziel ist die Förderung nachhaltiger Mobilität durch den Betrieb eines digitalen und vernetzten Bike-Sharing-Systems. Bike-Sharing meint hierbei die Möglichkeit frei verfügbare Räder an speziell dafür gedachten Stationen auszuleihen und abzugeben. Die Buchung der Räder erfolgt über eine digitale Buchungssoftware. Mit dieser werden Räder zur Nutzung freigeschaltet und auch wieder zurückgegeben. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Städten und Gemeinden des Landkreises sowie dem beauftragten Anbieter. Das Projekt startet mit einem stationsbasierten Bike-Sharing in der Kreisstadt St. Wendel und der Gemeinde Nohfelden und mit einem Lasten-E-Bike-Sharing in der Gemeinde Namborn. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Errichtung und der Betrieb des Bike-Sharing-Systems
