Liegenschaftsinterne Transportdienstleistung im Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus Koblenz für die Medikamenten- und Medizinprodukteversorgung durch die Apotheke. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Transportdienstleistungen innerhalb der o. g. Liegenschaft. Folgende Arbeiten sind hierbei auszuführen: - In der Apotheke des BwZKrhs (Gebäude L) wird Ware vom bundeswehreigenen Apothekenpersonal kontrolliert und für den Weitertransport vorbereitet. Der Auftragnehmer muss diese Ware nach Lieferschein transportsicher in Kartons verpacken und für den Versand vorbereiten. Das hierfür notwendige Verpackungsmaterial wird dem Auftragnehmer unentgeltlich durch den Auftraggeber zur Verfügung gestellt. - Die final verpackte Ware ist vom Auftragnehmer anschließend in AWT-Rollcontainer zu verladen. Die AWT-Rollcontainer werden dem Auftragnehmer ebenfalls unentgeltlich durch den Auftraggeber bereitgestellt. - Die bestückten AWT-Rollcontainer müssen anschließend durch den Auftragnehmer mit einem Adressanhänger versehen werden. - Die bestückten AWT-Rollcontainer müssen anschließend durch den Auftragnehmer oberirdisch von der Apotheke des BwZKrhs (Gebäude L) zum AWT-Bahnhof (Gebäude H) transportiert werden. Hierzu hat der Auftragnehmer ein eigenes, für den Transport geeignetes Fahrzeug zu verwenden. - Am AWT-Bahnhof (Gebäude H) muss der Auftragnehmer die Zieladressen der AWT-Rollcontainer manuell, mittels der Eingabetastatur der AWT-Anlage, eingeben. Die AWT-Rollcontainer werden ab dort automatisiert mittels des AWT zum jeweiligen Zielort in der Liegenschaft des BwZKrhs weitertransportiert. - Der Auftragnehmer muss leere AWT-Rollcontainern vom AWT-Bahnhof (Gebäude H) zur Apotheke (Gebäude L) mittels eines geeigneten Transportfahrzeuges zurückführen. - Bedarfsweise und auf Weisung des Personals der BwZKrhs Apotheke muss der Auftragnehmer individuelle Materialtransporte innerhalb der Liegenschaft des BwZKrhs durchführen. Prognostiziertes Arbeitsaufkommen: - ca. 60 AWT-Container pro Tag (Montag - Donnerstag) von Gebäude L nach Gebäude H. - ca. 60 AWT-Container pro Tag (Montag - Donnerstag) von Gebäude H nach Gebäude L. - ca. 40 AWT-Container pro Tag (Freitag) von Gebäude L nach Gebäude H. - ca. 40 AWT-Container pro Tag (Freitag) von Gebäude H nach Gebäude L. - sonstige AWT-Transportfahrten innerhalb der Liegenschaft nach Bedarf. - ca. 1 Materialtransportfahrt pro Woche innerhalb der Liegenschaft. Die zuvor genannten Angaben stellen unverbindliche Prognosen dar.
