HIC gGmbH - Beschaffung eines Virtuellen Teststandes Im Rahmen des Nationalen Innovations- und Technologiezentrums für Wasserstoff, Standort Ost, dem Hydrogen Innovation Center (HIC) wird eine Simulations- und Integrationsplattform für simulationsbasierte System- und Steuerungsentwicklung sowie virtuelle Prüfablaufuntersuchungen (im Folgenden als virtueller Teststand - VTS bezeichnet) beschafft. Ziel ist die Nutzung dieses VTS für die modellbasierte Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Komponenten, Subsystemen und Systemen im Brennstoffzellen- und Elektrolyseurkontext frühzeitig im Entwicklungsprozess. Weiterhin soll es möglich sein, den Systembetrieb, deren Steuerung und Regelung sowie Prüfabläufe (Prozeduren und Protokolle) für standardisierte Systemtests zu erforschen und zu entwickeln, bevor physische Systeme zur Verfügung stehen (Virtuelles Testing, Software-in-the-Loop - SiL, Testautomatisierung und Versuchsplanung/Design-of-Experiments - DoE). Über enthaltene Interface-Hardware soll im weiteren Entwicklungsprozess einzelne Komponenten, Teilsysteme und Systeme von Brennstoffzellen und Elektrolyseuren an die Simulationsumgebung zu koppeln sein, um physische Systeme im Verbund mit den virtuellen Systemen zu untersuchen (Hardware-in-the-Loop - HiL). Über geeignete Modellverbindungs- und -Integrationssoftware muss es möglich sein, Simulationsmodelle verschiedener Modellierungswerkzeuge zu koppeln (Co-Simulation), wobei die Software automatisiert die Synchronisierung der unterschiedlichen Modelle realisieren muss. Der VTS umfasst somit sowohl die Hardware als auch die Software, die für die Realisierung dieser Aufgaben erforderlich ist.
