Geplant wird der Neubau eines interdisziplinären Justizvollzugskrankenhaus (JVK auf dem Gelände der Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) Stuttgart mit psychischem Schwerpunkt und Suchtbehandlung. Notwendige OPs werden in Krankenhäusern in der Umgebung durchgeführt. Zusätzlich sind der JVA zugehörige Nutzungsbereiche in den Neubau zu integrieren. Übersicht über die Nutzungsbereiche: -Zugangs- und Umkleidebereiche -Küche/Speisenversorgung/Mitarbeiterkantine -Verwaltung JVA/JVK -Besucherabteilung -Zugangsbereich -Funktionsbereich (Untersuchung) -Stationen: -PS 0 Aufnahme / Notfallpsychiatrie (in Verbindung mit Funktionsbereich) -PS 1 Akutpsychiatrie -PS 2 Entzug/Entwöhnung (in Verbindung mit PS 3) -PS 3 Langzeitpsychiatrie -PS 4 Suchtstation/Entwöhnung -IDS Interdisziplinäre Station -Frauenstation -Geriatrie -Krankenrevier JVA -Nebenräume (z.B. Mehrzweckraum, Ergotherapie) -Sporthalle Der Neubau hat eine Nutzungsfläche (NUF 1-7) von ca. 16.000 m² Prozentuale Flächenaufteilung der unterschiedlichen Nutzungen Krankenhaus 60% JVA 8% Verwaltung 10,5% Küche/ Kantine 8% Sporthalle 8% Nebenräume 5,5% Die Planung unterliegt massiven funktionalen, sicherheitsrelevanter und wirtschaftlicher Aspekten. Die Planungsmethode BIM findet ihre Anwendung. Kostenziel: KG 300+400: 165 Mio € Terminziel: Planungsbeginn Quartal I 2025, Baubeginn Quartal I 2029, Fertigstellung Bau Quartal II 2034 Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen.
