Description

Die Kulturstiftung Sachsen-Anhalt (KST) plant den Neubau eines Zentraldepots. Der Neubau soll die sachgerechte klimatische und konservatorische Lagerung des bedeutenden Kunst- und Kulturgutes aus verschiedenen Interimsdepots der Liegenschaften der KST zentral ermöglichen. Das vorgegebene Raumprogramm umfasst hauptsächlich Lagerflächen (Depot und Archiv), hinzu treten Verwaltungsräume, Seminarraum, Restaurierungswerkstätten, und Technikräume. Die Gesamtnutzfläche beläuft sich auf eine Fläche von rund 10.185 m² NUF 1-7. Das Planungsgebiet liegt im Süden der Stadt Halle (Saale) an der Leo-Herwegen-Straße. Für das Gebiet liegt der rechtskräftige Bebauungsplan Nr. 112 vor. Die Fläche des Baugrundstücks beträgt rund 20.675 m². Für diese Baumaßnahme wird von Kostenobergrenzen für die KG 300: rund 21,7 Mio. EUR brutto und KG 400: rund 9 Mio. EUR brutto ausgegangen. Vorgesehen ist die Vergabe der Fachplanungsleistung der Lagertechnik Lph 1-9 sowie zusätzliche Leistungen der Beratung und Begleitung der Depotplanung.
