Description

Die Oranienstadt Dillenburg, die Gemeinde Eschenburg und die Gemeinde Dietzhölztal planen unter Federführung der Oranienstadt Dillenburg in Abstimmung mit Hessen Mobil im Auftrag des Bundes die Ortsumgehung für die Ortschaften Frohnhausen und Wissenbach im Zuge der B 253 zur Verbesserung der Verkehrsqualität und der Verkehrssicherheit. Die Planung und Baurechtschaffung für das o.g. Vorhaben wird federführend von der Oranienstadt Dillenburg in Kooperation mit Hessen Mobil durchgeführt. Gegenstand dieses Auftrages sind folgende Leistungen: Schalltechnische Untersuchung: • Grundlagenermittlung • Schalltechnische Untersuchung für Schutzgut Mensch o Detaillierte schalltechnische Untersuchung für Schutzgut Mensch - Aufstellung eines Schallmodells nach 16 BlmSchV und RLS 19 o Erstellung eines Erläuterungsberichts und Darstellung der Ergebnisse aus vor genannten Leistungen für Schutzgut Mensch • Wirkungsprognose für Schutzgut Avifauna (Vögel) o Wirkungsprognose für Schutzgut Avifauna (Vögel) nach RLS-90 und gem. der "Arbeitshilfe Vögel und Straßenverkehr" 2010 auf Basis der bereits unter 2 erfolgten Berechnungen und Auswertungen • Erstellung eines Erläuterungsberichts und Darstellung der Ergebnisse aus der vorgenannten Leistung für Schutzgut Avifauna (Vögel) • Mitwirkung bei der Gesamtplanung
