Rahmenvertrag über Leistungen zur Überprüfung und Planung der Entwässerung 2026-2030 (Entwässerung) Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren werden auf Abruf Leistungen zur Überprüfung und Planung der Entwässerung bei Maßnahmen der Erhaltung sowie zum Neu-, Um- und Ausbau an Bundesautobahnen innerhalb des Streckennetzes der Niederlassung Ost der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Magdeburger Straße 51, 06112 Halle (Saale) ausgeschrieben. Die Mengensätze wurden für 48 örtlich getrennte Vorhaben und eine Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren ermittelt. Die tatsächlichen Abrechnungsmengen je Vorhaben ergeben sich auf Grundlage des Angebotes, welches im Rahmen des Einzelabrufes mit konkretem Projektbezug abgegeben werden muss. Der jeweilige Einheitspreis gilt unabhängig von der Abrechnungsmenge. Ein Anspruch auf den Abruf einer garantierten Menge an einzelnen Leistungen besteht seitens des Auftragnehmers nicht
