Planung einer Lärmschutzwand entlang der L 143 in Dillingen/Diefflen Die Stadt Dillingen beabsichtigt eine ca. 220 m lange und ca. 3,5 m hohe Lärmschutzwand (LSW) entlang der L 143 in Dillingen/Diefflen zu errichten. Die Nettobaukosten der LSW (inkl. Rodungsarbeiten, Zuwegung, Betriebsweg, Passive Schutzeinrichtungen, Verkehrssicherung) wurden in einer Machbarkeitsstudie mit ca. 1,7 Mio. € abgeschätzt. Die Baurechtsschaffung erfolgt durch die Stadt Dillingen und die Maßnahme soll voraussichtlich im Jahr 2027/28 umgesetzt werden. Nach Fertigstellung der LSW erfolgt ein Eigentumsübergang an den Landesbetrieb für Straßenbau als zukünftigen Baulastträger. Für die o.g. Maßnahmen werden folgende Leistungen benötigt: 1. Leistungen gemäß § 43 HOAI -Ingenieurbauwerke - Grundleistungen der Leistungsphase 1-4 - Grundleistungen der Leistungsphase 6-9 2. Leistungen gemäß § 51 HOAI -Tragwerksplanung - Grundleistungen der Leistungsphase 2-6 3. Planung der Verkehrssicherung und Erstellen von Verkehrszeichenplänen 4. Örtliche Bauüberwachung 5. Ablöseberechnung gemäß der Ablösebeträge-Berechnungsverordnung -(ABBV)
