Description

Zur Ausschreibung der Planungsleistung wird ein mehrstufiges Verhandlungsverfahren mit öffentlichem Teilnahmewettbewerb nach VgV durchgeführt. Erste Stufe: Teilnehmerwettbewerb als Leistungswettbewerb mit Mindestkriterien und Kriterien zur Begrenzung der Auswahl. Zweite Stufe: Verhandlungsverfahren mit Präsentation mit drei bis fünf Bieterein als Preis- und Leistungswettbewerb mit Zuschlagskriterien. Dritte Stufe: Last Call als Preis- und Leistugswettbewerb mit Einholung eines finalen Angebots von allen Bietern für die nach den Ergebnissen des Verhandlungsverfahrens vom Auftraggeber festgelegte Vertragsart und das nach den Ergebnissen des Verhandlungsverfahrens vom Auftraggeber festgelegte Aufgabenfeld. Vertrag: Durchführung von Bauplanungsleistungen der Generalplanung Anlagentechnik für das Fraunhofer MFBF Hamburg - 70-00501-3570, Gesamtkosten KG 200-700 (ohne Erstausstattung) max. 8.000.000 netto (ohne Mehrwertssteuer) gemäß II.2.4). Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt im ZBau-Verfahren inkl. Erstellung einer Antrags- und Bauunterlage sowie Wahrnehmung eines Konzeptgespräches mit den Zuwendungsgebern.
