Innerhalb des EWE Konzern sind unsere Tätigkeitsbereiche in mehrere Regionen und Gesellschaften aufgeteilt. Jede Region und Gesellschaft unterhält Liegenschaften mit ortsveränderlichen, elektrischen Betriebsmitteln, die regelmäßig geprüft werden müssen. Hauptgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind daher die wiederkehrenden Prüfungen ortsveränderlicher, elektrischer Betriebsmittel gemäß DGVU Vorschrift 3 innerhalb der ausgeschriebenen Liegenschaften. Die zu prüfenden Geräte befinden sich in Bürobereichen sowie in verschiedenen Betriebsanlagen, für die auf Grundlage der jeweiligen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Prüffristen von vierundzwanzig Monaten festgelegt wurden. Für die Lose 1 bis 2 beträgt die Anzahl der zu prüfenden Geräte insgesamt rund 91.000 Stück. Im Los 3, in dem Prüffristen von zwölf und vierundzwanzig Monaten vorgesehen sind, beträgt die Anzahl der Geräte insgesamt rund 3800 Stück. Im Los 4, in dem Prüffristen von sechs, zwölf und vierundzwanzig Monaten vorgesehen sind, kommen etwa 16.000 weitere Geräte hinzu. Die endgültige Gerätemenge wird im Rahmen des Verhandlungsverfahrens mitgeteilt. Da es im laufenden Betrieb zu Geräte zu- und -abgängen kommen kann, ist das jährliche Prüf-volumen variabel und kann je Los um bis zu zwanzig Prozent von der Gesamtmenge abwei-chen. Der Auftraggeber gibt die Zeiträume für die Prüfungen der elektrischen Betriebsmittel in den Liegenschaften vor.; AMS Zertifizierungsanforderung erforderlich für eine Firmengröße > 25 Mitarbeiter. Ab Vertragsbeginn ist für Los 4 ein zertifiziertes Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystem / AMS (z. B. aber nicht abschließend AMS-Bau, SMS, ECOSTEP, SCC/SCP, ISO 45001 o. ä.) erforderlich.
