Rahmenvereinbarung für Leiterplattenherstellung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Entwicklung, Herstellung, Bestückung, Inbetriebnahme und Lieferung komplexer Leiterplatten einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Entwicklungsleistungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere die Erstellung von Schaltplänen, das Leiterplattenlayout, die Beschaffung sämtlicher Bauteile, die Fertigung und Bestückung der Leiterplatten, die Entwicklung der erforderlichen Firmware, die Durchführung von Funktionstests sowie die Lieferung sämtlicher Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsunterlagen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung dient dazu, den zukünftigen Bedarf des Barkhausen Instituts an Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsleistungen für Leiterplatten flexibel über Einzelabrufe abzudecken. Einzelaufträge werden entsprechend dem jeweils konkreten Projektbedarf innerhalb der Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung vergeben.
