Erarbeiten technischer Konzepte im Rahmen einer Masterplanung sowie einer baulichen Entwicklungsplanung. Masterplanung Der Masterplan (MAP) ist für die Projektbeteiligten ein strategisches Planungsinstrument zur langfristigen Entwicklung der beiden Standorte UMG und MHH und Grundlage für zukünftige Investitionsentscheidungen. Er dient damit als zentrale Leitlinie für künftige Maßnahmen des Landes Niedersachsen bzw. als Grundlage für Inventionsentscheidungen. Bauliche Entwicklungsplanung Die BEP bildet das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen der übergeordneten MAP und der operativen Umsetzung der baulichen Maßnahmen. Aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen der MAP überführt die BEP die langfristige Vision des Campus in realisierbare, phasenweise gegliederte Maßnahmen. Sie schafft damit die strukturelle Grundlage, um die anstehenden Neubau-, Rückbau- und Interimsmaßnahmen geordnet, risikobewusst und wirtschaftlich tragfähig umzusetzen.
