Amperland Thermalwaerme GmbH (ATW) is procuring an electric submersible centrifugal pump for a geothermal plant being built in Olching, Germany, where a geothermal doublet is being drilled on the site of the waste incineration plant of GfA at Josef-Kistler-Weg 22. The pump will initially be designed for a flow rate of 60 l/s, part of the target 135 l/s, and is expected to be replaced by a larger pump after about two years. The associated frequency converter must already meet the requirements of the final expansion stage. Installation is planned for March 2027. Following a prequalification, the three most suitable candidates will be invited to tender, negotiations will follow, then revised binding offers.
