Description

Im Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg (LLBB) wird seit der Gründung im Jahr 2009 SAP R/3 genutzt, ein ERP-System (Enterprise Ressource Planning), das die zentralen Geschäftsprozesse in den Bereichen Finanzmanagement, Controlling und Beschaffung abbildet. SAP R/3 hat das sog. end of life erreicht, d.h. Supportleistungen (Updates, Schließung von Sicherheitslücken etc.) durch SAP erfolgen grundsätzlich nur noch bis zum 31.12.2027. Mit Blick auf diese Entwicklung sowie im Zuge der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft des LLBB ist daher eine Nachfolgelösung für das aktuelle ERP-System notwendig, damit die betriebswirtschaftlichen Geschäftsprozesse (Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling und Beschaffung einschließlich Lagerhaltung) weitergeführt werden können. Im Ergebnis einer umfassenden Prüfung unter Beteiligung der Servicebereiche Z-2, Z-4 und Z-5 kommt zur Aufrechterhaltung der im LLBB etablierten Prozesse aus technischen, betriebsorganisatorischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen nur eine Migration des aktuellen ERP-Systems von SAP R/3 auf die Nachfolgeplattform SAP S/4 HANA in Betracht. Für den Betrieb des ERP-Systems ist das LLBB außerdem zwingend auf ein externes Hosting angewiesen. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden folgenden Leistungen vergeben: (1) Migration des bestehenden ERP-Systems SAP R/3 einschließlich aller Schnittstellen, Workflows und sonstigem Customizing (vollständiger Erhalt des Status quo) auf SAP S/4 HANA; (2) Bereitstellung der für die Migration erforderlichen SAP-Lizenzen; (3) Hosting SAP S/4 HANA einschließlich SAP Business Connector; (4) Softwarepflege/-wartung für SAP S/4 HANA.
