Description

Im Rahmen der Fortentwicklung der bestehenden Internetplattform ist eine möglichst einheitliche, integrierte, modulare, nutzerfreundliche Systemlandschaft bereitzustellen, die aktuellen technischen Möglichkeiten nutzt und ausschöpft. Die Umsetzung hat herstellerneutral, interoperabel und ohne vermeidbare Abhängigkeit von proprietären Datenformaten zu erfolgen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist dabei die funktionale, technische und gestalterische Neuimplementierung beziehungsweise der Nachbau der bestehenden Plattformlandschaft sowie das Schaffen neuer und veränderter Inhalte, Darstellungen, Funktionen und Prozesse auf Grundlage der hier dargestellten Anforderungen sowie weiteren fachlichen Anforderungen, Beschreibungen, Referenzansichten, Prozessvorgaben des Auftraggebers und Abstimmungen mit dem Auftraggeber. Der bisherige Quelltext der bestehenden Plattform wird dem Auftragnehmer aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Plattform daher eigenständig neu zu erstellen.
