Digitalisierungsstrategie Parkraumbewirtschaftung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beratung, Konzeption, Steuerung und teilweise Implementierung eines unternehmensweiten Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprogramms der PBW. Ziel ist die Modernisierung und Integration der bestehenden IT- und Systemlandschaft einschließlich Datenmanagement, ERP-/Abrechnungssystemen, CRM- und Leitstellensystemen, Objekte- und Flächenmanagement, digitaler Kundenschnittstellen sowie Parkabfertigungsanlagen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Projektmanagement und Changemanagement, - Analyse und Zielarchitektur der bestehenden IT- und Prozesslandschaft, - Aufbau eines zentralen Datenmanagements/Data-Warehouse, - Systemauswahl, Marktanalyse und Proof-of-Concepts, - Einführung und Integration neuer Plattformen und Schnittstellen, - IT-Architektur-, Governance- und Security-Beratung, - Unterstützung bei Migration, Rollout, Betriebsüberführung und Hypercare, - Entwicklung KI-gestützter Services und Automatisierungslösungen.
