Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages mit einem Anbieter, der eine umfassende fachlich kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung auf dem Fachgebiet SAP FI/CO leistet. Bei der hier zu beauftragenden Dienstleistung handelt es sich um die technische und funktionale Unterstützung, welche insbesondere die Umsetzung von Neu- und Änderungsanforderungen, das Aufzeigen geeigneter Implementierungsoptionen für diese Maßnahmen sowie die fachliche Begleitung bei deren Realisierung umfasst. Dies schließt das gemeinsame Bearbeiten priorisierter und abgestimmter Themen (z. B. die Einführung eines neuen Benutzerkonzepts) mit ein. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet die zu beauftragende Dienstleistung Coaching- und Trainingsmaßnahmen zur gezielten Wissensvermittlung, einschließlich individueller Training-on-the-Job-Maßnahmen für einzelne Teammitglieder durch qualifizierte Berater, sowie die Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Tickets.
