Die AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse schreibt eine Rahmenvereinbarung "Sitzmöbel" mit ingesamt 4 Losen aus. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf, die Anlieferung frei Verwendungsstelle, die Montage/Aufstellung von Bürodrehstühlen, Kopf- und Nackenstützen und einer Stuhlreinigung (Los 1). Bei dieser Ausschreibung handelt es sich um eine Projektausschreibung. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt langfristig eine einheitliche Ausstattung aller Standorte. Die Mengenangabe im Preisblatt (Anlage 4) von geschätzten 400 Bürodrehstühlen mit weißem Gestell, 650 Bürodrehstühlen mit schwarzem/alu-Gestell und 50 Kopf- und Nackenstüzten beruht auf einer Schätzung für die nächsten 4 Jahre. Wir weisen daraufhin, dass der Auftragnehmer keinen Anspruch auf die Beauftragung im vorgenannten Umfang hat.
