PV-Fassade Die Stadt St. Georgen im Schwarzwald plant das bestehende Rathaus zu sanieren. Im Zuge der Sanierung soll die bestehende Fassade zurückgebaut werden und durch eine Holzfassade ersetzt werden. Im Zuge der Fassadenerneuerung soll eine PV- Anlage auf der Fassade angebracht werden. Es wird hierbei eine besondere Farbgestaltung der aktiven und passiven Elemente der Fassade gewählt. Ziel dieses Auswahlverfahrens ist es einen Auftragnehmer zu finden der den Leistungsbereich der Fassaden PV mit aktiven und passiven Elementen, der Unterkonstruktion zur Montage auf der Holzfassade, die Verkabelung der Module inklusive des Leitungsweg und die Lieferung und Montage der Umrichter übernimmt. Es ist geplant die erzeugte Energie möglichst lokal im Rathaus zu verbrauchen, daher ist die Kommunikationsfähigkeit der Fassaden PV mit der Aufdach PV nötig und die Kommunikation mit einem Energiemanager erforderlich. Die Komponenten der Anlage müssen der VDE-AR-N 4105 genügen.
