Projekt: Bismarckstraße Ost - BA1 VE-01: Herstellung und Lieferung von Fahrleitungsmaste Für die Straßenbahnstrecke Bismarckstraße in Darmstadt ist eine Fahrstromverstärkung erforderlich. Diese soll im Abschnitt zwischen den Knotenpunkten Bismarckstraße / Dolivostraße und Willy- Brandt- Platz, der sogenannten Bismarckstraße - Ost, umgesetzt werden. Im Zuge der Fahrstromverstärkung ist die Fahrleitungsanlage komplett zu erneuern. Der zu beplanende Streckenabschnitt ist insgesamt ca. 650 m lang. Der erste Bauabschnitt erfolgt zwischen dem Knotenpunkt Dolivostraße / Bismarckstraße und Kasinostraße / Bismarckstraße. Dieser Streckenabschnitt weist eine Länge von ca. 130 m auf. Gegenstand der hier beschriebenen Leistung für den Bauabschnitt 1 ist das Herstellen und Liefern von 10 Fahrleitungsmasten. Die Maste sind auf die Lagerfläche des AG zu liefern und abzuladen. Der Lieferort und die Lieferzeiten sind mit dem AG und dem fachlichen Beteiligten frühzeitig abzustimmen. Als Fahrleitungsmaste kommen folgende typgeprüfte Stahlmaste zur Ausführung: - Rund, konisch ohne Öffnung - Rund, konisch mit Öffnung - Rund, zylindrisch mit zwei Öffnungen Die Fahrleitungsmaste als zylindrische bzw. konisch- runde Vollwandmaste sind wie folgt auszuführen: - als Einsatzmast, gemäß beiliegender Masttafel - mit Erdungsdübel M12 - Sicherheit nach DIN - feuerverzinkt mit 80-100μm, - mit verschraubbarer abgerundeter Mastkappe mit Rand - farbige Grund- und Deckbeschichtung für Maste DB 701 Eisenglimmer hellgrau - Bitumenanstrich von UK Mast bis 2,80 m über UK Mast - Maximale zulässige Ausbiegung bei dem vorgegebenen gewählten Spitzenzug, bezogen auf die freie Mastlänge ist 1,5%
