Description

Der Auftragt umfasst die Herstellung und Lieferung einer mobilen Netzersatzanlage mit 600 kVA-Leistung auf einem Tandemanhänger. Der Kreis Pinneberg ist als untere Katastrophenschutzbehörde (UKB) für den Katastrophenschutz im gesamten Kreisgebiet zuständig. Um die Stromversorgung bei Netzausfällen für wichtige Einrichtungen im Zusammenspiel mit weiteren mobile Netzersatzanlagen (NEA) aufrecht zu halten, soll eine mobile Netzersatzanlage (NEA) auf einem Tandemanhänger mit einer Leistung von min. 600 KW (PRP) - max.650 KW (PRP) beschafft und vorgehalten werden. Die NEA speist auf die Niederspannungsverteilung der jeweiligen Einrichtung. Aktuell steht dem AG eine NEA mit 250 kVA (Hersteller Polyma, Bj. 2022, Betrieb „Netzparallel“ möglich) und diverse NEA mit 200 bis 250 kVA des THW (Hersteller AVS und Polyma, Bj. 2022, Betrieb „Netzparallel“ möglich) zur Verfügung. Die ausgeschriebene NEA soll mit den vorgenannten NEA von Polyma über eine Datenschnittstelle kommunizieren können, sodass ein paralleler Betrieb mehrerer Anlagen an einem gemeinsamen Anschlusspunkt möglich ist.
