Der Bereich der U-Bahnstation Farmsen mit den Knotenpunkten August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof und August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, dessen Grundinstandsetzung und Neugestaltung hier ausgeschrieben ist, bildet den zentralen Knotenpunkt der Metrobuslinie 26 (MB26). Zudem verbindet er als wichtiger Teil des Hauptverkehrsstraßennetzes die Stadtteile Steilshoop im Westen, Wellingsbüttel im Nordwesten und Rahlstedt im Osten. Parallel zu dieser Ausschreibung werden die Lose Garten- und Landschaftsbau (Pflanzungen) (Fachlose 1 & 2) und Herstellung einer barrierefreien Rampe, inkl. Stützwände am südöstlichen U-Bahnausgang (Baulos 2) ausgeschrieben. Wesentliche Leistungen: Bitumenfahrbahn ausbauen 10.200 m² Betondecke in Busverkehrsflächen aufnehmen 600 m² Boden profilgerecht ausbauen und entsorgen 5.200 m³ Bit-Fahrbahn im Vollausbau herstellen 9.500 m² Wasserlauf aus MA 8 S herstellen 360 m² Betondecke in Busverkehrsflächen herstellen, d = 28 cm 1.250 m² Seitenraum in Pflasterbauweise 8.270 m² Schicht aus frostunempfindlichem Material herstellen 2.000 m³ Schottertragschicht herstellen, d = 30 cm 12.000 m³ Granitbordsteine setzen 1.900 m Bussonderbord setzen 190 m Straßenabläufe herstellen 71 Stk Anschlussleitung, DN 150, PP, herstellen 700 m
