Begehbarer Versorgungskanal Die Deutsche Biomasseforschungszentrum gGmbH (DBFZ) plant den Neubau der Forschungshalle Pilot-SBG auf einer derzeit unbebauten Fläche an der Torgauer Straße in Leipzig. Die Leistung umfasst den Neubau eines begehbaren Versorgungskanals (Rohbau) aus Fertigbetonteilen inkl. aller notwendigen Arbeiten, welcher das Haus-Nr. 2 (Bestandgebäude) mit der Forschungshalle Haus-Nr. 20 (geplanter Neubau) verbindet. Umfang der Leistung: • Versorgungskanal aus Betonfertigteilen, l=23 m, b=3,10m, h=3,60 m mit Sonderbauteilen • 79 m Leitungen abbrechen (Trinkwasser, Schmutzwasser, Regenwasser) • 1.880 m³ Erdbewegungen • 40 m Umbindung Schmutzwasserleitung in PP • 40 m Umbindung Regenwasserleitung in PP • 55 m Umbindung Elt-Leitung • 4x Schachtabbrüche • 6x Schachtneubau in PP • 60 m Leitungsneubau (Regenwasser, Schmutzwasser, DN 100 - 200, PP) inkl. Abzweige, Übergangsrohre, Formstücke und Übergangsmuffe • 70 m² Betonbau • bis zu 50 m³/h geschlossene Wasserhaltung • 20 m Aus- und Neubau Tiefbord • 75 m² Herstellung Planum
