ZurAufstellung von fünf Wärmepumpen wird eine geneigte Bodenplatte (ca. 75 m²) mitabgetreppten Streifenfundamenten ausgeführt. Die Leistungen schließen Perimeterdämmungund Abdichtungsarbeiten ein.Trakt A beinhaltet Rohbauarbeiten für ein zweigeschossigesGrundschulgebäude mit acht Klassenzimmern, Gruppenräumen und Nebenräumen.Kernleistungen sind eine nichttragende Bodenplatte (d = 20 cm, ca. 600 m²), ein umlaufenderBetonsockel (ca. 120 lfm, d = 20 cm, h = 55 cm), Streifenfundamente (ca. 80 m³), einAufzugsschacht mit Unterfahrt und zwei Haltestellen sowie ein Technikschacht (1,50 m × 1,50m).
