Hinweis: Entgegen der Angabe im Kopf des Formulars handelt es sich vorliegend nicht um ein Vergabeverfahren nach der VgV bzw. der Richtlinie 2014/24/EU. Es wird kein öffentlicher Auftrag vergeben, sondern die Veräußerung eines Grundstückes in einem Konzeptvergabeverfahren bekannt gemacht. Die Wahl des Formulars ist rein technisch bedingt. Die Kreisstadt Steinfurt beabsichtigt, das Flurstück 43, 141 am Stadteingang zum Ortsteil Burgsteinfurt (insgesamt ca. 18.947 qm), mit dem Ziel der Realisierung eines Gewerbeprojekts, zu veräußern. Das Grundstück befindet sich im derzeit unbebauten Zustand. Durch die verkehrlich günstige Lage sowie die Nähe zum Technologiecampus der FH Münster bietet das Grundstück ideale Voraussetzungen für innovative, wachstumsorientierte Unternehmensansiedlungen. Die Kreisstadt Steinfurt beabsichtigt, die Fläche zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an einen Investor zu veräußern. In diesem Zusammenhang sollen Gespräche mit Interessenten geführt werden.
