Germany - Urban planning - Grasbrook | Update of the urban development concept for the Hafentor district

This tender covers the update and qualification of the urban development concept for the Hafentor district, an area of around 20 hectares in the southern part of the Grasbrook development area in Germany. The work builds on existing integrated functional and open space planning, advanced infrastructure planning and a district-specific use concept. The contractor must review and further develop existing urban structures, working in differentiated sub-areas with varying levels of detail, including typological and functional studies and variant investigations for selected questions.
