Description

Am Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH in Berlin Adlershof soll der Neubau eines Versorgungstechnikgebäudes VTII errichtet werden. Der Neubau wird als kompakter Stahlbetongeschossbau errichtet und erhält eine hinterlüftete Außenwandbekleidung als vorgehängte Holzfassade. Am Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH in Berlin Adlershof soll der Neubau eines Versorgungstechnikgebäudes VTII errichtet werden. In dem Neubau soll eine GA-Anlage installiert werden, bestehend aus: - 6 Stk MSR-Schaltschränke mit Aktoren, Sensoren und Verkabelung - 1 Stk abgesetzter GLT-Bedienplatz mit Anbindung an eine übergeordnete GLT, mit Bedien- und Managementfunktion, einschl. Software und Softwaredienstleistungen der Visualisierung - 5 Stk Automationsstationen mit DDC im Gebäude VTII für die TGA-Anlagen der RLT-Technik, Kälteversorgung, Wärmeversorgung - 1 Stk Automationsstationen mit DDC im räumlich abgesetzten NEA-Container, einschl. kabelseitiger Anbindung an VTII - Vernetzung der 6 Stk Automationsstationen zum DDC-Netzwerk innerhalb des VTII und zum NEA-Container - Bereitstellung einer Hardware-Schnittstelle, im MSR-Schaltschrank Gebäude VTII, zur Anbindung an die übergeordnete GLT - ca. 920 Hardware-Datenpunkte
