Gebäudeautomation - Demontagen Bestand - 1 St. Automationsschwerpunkt (3 St. Schaltschrank) - 1 St. Automationsstation (Bacnet Secure) - ca. 80 St. Feldgeräte - Einzelraumregelung - Systemintegration 2 St. Automationsschwerpunkt Bestand (Kiga/Schule) - Gebäudeleittechnik - Fernzugriffsystem Die gesamte MSR-Anlage der Turnhalle wird demontiert. Der bestehende Schaltschrank wird dabei vorsichtig zurückgebaut, da der vorhandene Heizkessel, die bestehende RLT-Anlage sowie die Schule weiterhin an diesen Schaltschrank angebunden sind. Die neuen MSR-Aufbauten für die Turnhalle werden in der Technikzentrale im Untergeschoss installiert. Dort werden insgesamt sechs Heizkreise im Bestand neu geregelt sowie zwölf Unterkreise für die Fußbodenheizung im Neubau eingerichtet. Zusätzlich wird die Warmwasserregelung in das neue System integriert.
