Description

Freianlagen Der Große Schlosshof ist der nördlichste und größte der drei Schlosshöfe. Er umfasst eine trapezförmige Fläche von ca. 2.630 qm. Er ist ein kunsthistorisch hochbedeutsames Objekt von bautechnisch und baugeschichtlich außerordentlichem Wert und bedarf bei allen Arbeiten besonderer denkmalpflegerischer Sorgfalt und Vorsicht. Nachdem in einem ersten Bauabschnitt bereits rund ein Drittel des Innenhofs wiederherstellt wurde, folgt im hier beschriebenen zweiten Bauabschnitt die Rekonstruktion der restlichen Hoffläche. Die Ausschreibung umfasst u.a. folgende Leistungen: • 300 m Bauzaun aufstellen, umsetzen, vorhalten, räumen • 120 m² Baustraße herstellen, räumen • 4,5 m² Abbruch Sandsteinplatten • 165 m³ Abbruch Befestigung Schotter / Kies / Splitt, Entsorgung • 735 m² Abbruch Asphaltfläche • 9 St Abtransport und Verwertung provisorische Kandelaberfundamente Beton • 1600 m² Aufwuchs und Wurzelwerk abräumen • 1390 m³ Boden lösen, entsorgen • 390 m³ Bodeneinbau Baugrundverbesserung • 10 St Hofablauf mit Gussrost • 870 m² Sandsteinplatten liefern, Oberfläche gestockt • 1050 m² historische Sandsteinplatten kalibrieren, zurichten, Vierungen, reinigen • 550 St Paletten mit Sandsteinplatten sortieren, umstapeln, zwischenlagern, für Transport sichern • 250 St Lieferung Holzpaletten • 65 m² historisches Baumaterial Sandstein zu Platten verarbeiten • 45 m² Holzpflaster • 90 m³ Flüssigboden • 1950 m² Sandsteinplatten verlegen • 11 St vorhandene Schachtabdeckung angleichen • 6 St Stahlkonstruktion Handlauf Treppe • 54 m Sandsteinblockstufen Treppen und Altan
