Description

Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Herstellung, Abfüllung und Lieferung von insgesamt 1.240.000 mit Aufdruck versehenen 100-ml-Tuben UV-Schutzmittel an drei Lieferanschriften in Deutschland. Von dergenannten Gesamtmenge sind zu liefern 1.200.000 Tuben (zzgl. einer unvermeidbaren Überproduktion) an die BG BAU, 10.000 Tuben an die BGHW und 30.000 Tuben an die SVLFG. Das Produkt muss folgende Eigenschaften aufweisen: Das Produkt entspricht der EU-Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223/2009 (EU-KosmetikV) des Europäischen Parlaments und der Verordnung über kosmetische Mittel (D-KosmetikV) vom 16.07.2014. Bei dem Produkt muss es sich um eine Emulsion (Creme, Lotion) oder ein Gel handeln (keine Sprays). Lichtschutzfaktor 50 (UV-B) oder 50+ (Nachweis zur Bestimmung des Lichtschutzfaktors für UVB-Strahlung nach EN ISO 24444, durchgeführt an einem Prüfinstitut innerhalb von Europa). UV-A Schutz ≥ 1/3 LSF UVB (Symbol "UVA im Kreis" / Nachweis des Schutzfaktors für UVA-Strahlung gemäß EN ISO 24443, durchgeführt an einem Prüfinstitut innerhalb von Europa). Es muss ein Nachweis zur Bestimmung der Wasserfestigkeit nach EN ISO 18861, durchgeführt an einem Prüfinstitut innerhalb von Europa vorliegen. Der Lichtschutzfaktor (UVB) muss nach 40 Minuten Wasserkontakt mindestens 50 % des ursprünglichen Lichtschutzfaktors (UVB) betragen. Die enthaltenen UV-Filter müssen photostabil sein. Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (DHHB, Uvinul A Plus) darf nur enthalten sein, wenn Verunreinigungen mit DnHexP garantiert ausgeschlossen werden können (s. Stellungnahme Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety [SCCS/1678/25]). Das Produkt muss duftstofffrei sein. Das Produkt darf kein Chlormethylisothiazolinon/Methylisothiazolinon (CMI/MI) enthalten. Das Produkt darf keine Haut- und Augenreizungen verursachen. Das Produkt muss nach Versand 3 Jahre und nach Anbruch 6 Monate haltbar sein.
