Planung und Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage > 1.350 kWp Auf Dach- und ggf. auf Fassadenflächen des Klinikums Darmstadt soll eine Photovoltaikanlage mit einer installierten Leistung von mehr als 1.350 kWp und einer jährlichen Ertragserwartung von über 1,17 GWh elektrischer Energie errichtet werden. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst den kompletten Leistungszyklus von der Konzeption und Auslegung, der Planung über die Errichtung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme der PV-Anlage. Die Maßnahme wird im Rahmen der nationalen Klimaschutz-Initiative gefördert durch das Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit. Im Wettbewerb soll unter Berücksichtigung eines Lastenhefts die maximale Anlagenleistung (im Sinne eines maximalen jährlich zu erwartenden Ertrags) für die verfügbaren finanziellen Mittel erzielt werden. Der Auftrag umfasst konzeptionelle Lösungen, nämlich den optimierten Anlagenaufbau unter den vorhandenen Bedingungen, die Ausrichtung etc. Gemäß § 14 (3) Nr. 2 VgV sollen im wettbewerblichen Dialog die Mittel gefunden und festgelegt werden, mit denen die in einem Lastenheft zusammengestellten Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des Auftraggebers am besten erfüllt werden können.
